HOW DO I GET UNDERSTANDING?

(=To distinguish, discern, be wise, skillful, prudent)

Ps.111:10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: a good UNDERSTANDING have all they that do his commandments…

Ps.119:73 They hands have made me and fashioned me: give me UNDERSTANDING, that I may learn thy commandments.

Ps.119:34 Give me UNDERSTANDING, and I shall keep thy law; yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart.

Ps.119:99 I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my meditation.

Ps.119:104 Through thy PRECEPTS I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way. 130. The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth UNDERSTANDING to the simple.

Prov. 1:1-6 My son, if thou wilt receive my words, and hide my commandments with thee; So that thou incline (mark well, prick up your ears) thine ear unto wisdom,and apply (stretch,bend,cause to yield) your heart to UNDERSTANDING; yea if thou criest after knowledge, and lift up thy voice (cause it to be heard) for UNDERSTANDING; if thou seekest her (search after, strive after, beg, require)…then shalt thou UNDERSTAND the fear of the Lord, and find the knowledge of God…(for) out of His mouth cometh knowledge and UNDERSTANDING.

Prov.3:1-7 My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments…write them on the tables of thine heart: so shalt thou find favor and good UNDERSTANDING in the sight of God and man. Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not (incline not) to thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes…

Prov. 16:16 How much better is it to get wisdom than gold! to get UNDERSTANDING rather to be chosen than silver! 4:7 Wisdom is the principal thing; (therefore) get wisdom and with all thy getting get UNDERSTANDING.

Prov.15:32 He that refuseth instruction despiseth his own soul: but he that heareth reproof getting understanding. 10:13 In the lips of him that hath UNDERSTANDING wisdom is found: but a rod (is) for the back of him that is VOID OF UNDERSTANDING.

Prov. 7 Be prepared to tell of a man VOID OF UNDERSTANDING. (The natural man understands not, the natural man is deceived, the natural man is blind. he is a SIMPLE ONE=open, silly, seducible)

Prov. 6:32 Whoso committeth adultery…LACKETH UNDERSTANDING…DESTROYS OWN SOUL.

24:30 I went by the field of the slothful, and the vineyard of the man VOID OF UNDERSTANDING.

Prov. 8:36 But he that sinneth against me (godly wisdom) wrongs his our soul: all that hate me love death. (Natural man, rejecting godly wisdom is suicidal. He, by rejecting the Owner’s Manual is walking the pathway of death, both personally and societal.)
