FIXED FEE ENGAGEMENTS
For engagements resulting from inquiries over the internet by new clients, particularly where such engagement consists entirely of providing answers to specific questions posed. In that way, the client will know exactly that the initial 1 hour service is no-charge prior to engaging him.

Because of Steve Kellar’ extensive experience and expertise regarding the types of questions that most commonly result from Internet-based inquiries, he is usually able to answer such questions without the need to spend any significant amount of research time. This savings will be reflected in the fees that he quotes, thereby allowing clients to obtain advice in that manner for a relatively reasonable fee. However, Steve Kellar does not strive to be the least expensive tax practitioner providing Canadian tax advice over the internet. Rather, he strives to provide the best possible advice, and charges fees that he believes are consistent with the quality of the advice and service provided.

PERFORMANCE (” CONTINGENCY” ) FEE ARRANGEMENTS
In certain cases, Steve Kellar will be willing to base the fee entirely on the tax savings or other positive result achieved by his efforts.

Many clients appreciate this type of arrangement, particularly in seemingly impossible situations-they take comfort in knowing that there will be no fee unless positive results are obtained.
